Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the original packaging
  • In the same condition as when received
  • All tags must still be attached

How to Return an Item:

  3. Ship the items back to us using a tracked shipping service. Please retain the proof of shipping until the return is processed.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
